How does the Panabean subscription work?

When you subscribe, you’ll receive a curated selection of Panama’s finest coffees delivered straight to your door every month.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Yes! We want your subscription to be flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard with no hidden fees or penalties. Just log in and adjust your settings before the next billing cycle

How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?

We ship globally! Orders within Panama usually arrive in 2–3 business days. For U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, allow 7–14 business days depending on customs and local postal services. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships

What if my coffee arrives damaged or I’m not happy with it?

We stand behind the quality of every bag. If your coffee arrives damaged, or not up to our standards, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right, your satisfaction is our priority!

How do you source your coffee?

At Panabean, we’re passionate about bringing you the very best coffee Panama has to offer and we take sourcing seriously.

We work directly with smallholder farms and renowned coffee estates across Panama, including family run fincas in Boquete, Volcán, and beyond. Many of our coffees are microlots, meaning they come from small, carefully managed harvests with unique flavor profiles you won’t find anywhere else. We focus on:

Direct relationships: We visit farms, meet the growers, and build long-term partnerships that support local communities.

Sustainability: Many of our partner farms use eco-friendly practices like shade-grown cultivation, water recycling, and organic fertilization.

Fair compensation: We believe farmers should be rewarded for the skill and care that goes into producing world-class coffee so we pay fair prices that go beyond commodity rates.

Whether you’re sipping a top-tier Geisha, a fruity Catuai, or a rich Pacamara, you can trust that every cup supports quality, sustainability, and people.

How do I update my shipping address or payment method?

We get it, life changes! Whether you’ve moved to a new place or need to update your credit card, we make it easy:

Log into your account on panabean.com using the email you used at checkout.

Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscription.”

Update your shipping address, billing details, or payment method.

Make sure to save your changes before the next billing cycle to ensure everything goes smoothly!

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

Freshness is key to great coffee! Here’s how to get the most out of every Panabean bag:

Keep it airtight: Once opened, store your coffee in an airtight container to protect it from oxygen and moisture.

Stay cool & dark: Place your coffee in a cool, dark spot — like a pantry or cupboard. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or humidity.

Skip the fridge or freezer: While it sounds logical, we don’t recommend refrigerating or freezing your coffee — the temperature changes can create condensation, hurting flavor and aroma.

Our coffees are freshly roasted and shipped, so you can enjoy peak flavor for about 4–6 weeks after delivery. Whole beans stay fresher longer, so if you’re ready to level up, we highly recommend grinding at home!

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?

We want you to enjoy Panabean coffee the the best way possible, hence we only offer Whole bean. Whole bean is Best for coffee lovers with a grinder at home, this preserves the full aroma and flavor until you brew.
